MN’s Aussie Rules Football Club! Men’s & Women’s teams compete in the USAFL. All are welcome to join! Paul.

The Minnesota Freeze is an Australian Rules Football Club based in the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. The men's and women's teams are comprised of players from various backgrounds, ages, and nationalities. We represent Minnesota at the national level in the United States Australian Football League (USAFL). Throughout the year both teams play against other teams mainly in the Midwest. At the end of the season both teams compete in the USAFL National Championship Tournament. Since the men's team's debut at the national level in 2005, they have won 4 National Championships. Regardless of your skill level or familiarity with the game, all players are welcome. Our club thrives because of newcomers' willingness to come out give it a "fair go." Men's and women's practices are held weekly, Saturdays 9am, at Lake Nokomis - Cedar Ave & E 50th St - in South Minneapolis. Please visit the website for more details: http://mnfooty.com/training
