💚 To Our PickleRage Mobile Family 💚
This is a message we never wanted to write.
It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that we have made the difficult decision to close PickleRage Mobile. We are still working through the details and will announce our final day of operation as soon as that date is determined.
When we started this journey, we had a dream of creating something special for the pickleball community in Mobile. We wanted more than just a building with twelve courts. We wanted a place where people could come together, enjoy some friendly competition, make new friends, and feel like they belonged.
Looking back, we believe that dream became a reality and that is because of you.
We’ve watched strangers become friends, beginners fall in love with the game, and people from all walks of life come together over something as simple as a little plastic ball and a paddle.
We’ve shared laughs, celebrated victories, experienced some tough losses, and made memories that we will carry with us for a long time.
What makes this decision so difficult is more than closing a business…it’s knowing that a place that has become part of so many people’s routines, friendships, and lives will no longer be here.
We wish more than anything that things could have turned out differently. We poured our hearts into making PickleRage Mobile a success, and while we weren’t able to make it work financially, we will never consider the friendships and community created here anything less than a success.
To our members who supported us month after month, to the players who showed up week after week, to those who participated in leagues, tournaments, clinics, and open play — thank you.
To our employees, thank you for the countless hours, hard work, and care you put into making this a welcoming place for everyone.
And to everyone who encouraged us, supported us, and believed in what we were trying to build, please know how much that has meant to us.
We know this news will be disappointing to many of you. Believe us when we say it is heartbreaking for us as well.
But when we look back on PickleRage Mobile, we hope we won’t remember the disappointment of how it ended. Instead, we will remember the people, the laughter, the friendships, and the joy that filled our courts.
We are incredibly grateful that you allowed us to be a part of your lives.
We will share more information about our closing date as soon as those details are finalized.
Until then, we hope you’ll keep coming out, enjoying the game, and making a few more memories with us.
We may be closing the doors to PickleRage, but the friendships made inside our doors will last long after we’re gone.
