Unleash your potential in the Speed, Agility, and Quickness class led by Deshae Jones, owner of Performance by Noah! This dynamic program is designed to elevate your athletic performance through high-energy drills and engaging activities.

Mondays
8-12 yrs old at 4pm
13+ yrs old at 5pm

You’ll improve your speed and agility while enhancing your quickness on the field or court.

Each session focuses on building explosive power, sharp reflexes, and superior coordination.

Looking to take your game to the next level? Vibe Softball is hosting an open workout tonight for all new and prospective players looking to join our established rosters for the upcoming **Fall ‘26 Season**.
We are specifically looking for experienced, hard-working players in the following graduation years:
🔥 **2031 | 2032 | 2033 | 2034** (10U & 12U Divisions) Must be 12 or younger as of Sept 1 2026
