We keep class sizes small for intimacy & safety - focusing on you! Get to know the people in your class....skilled instructors who pay attention to you & fun, dynamic workouts! Most gym memberships go unused... we want you to get the most out of your Studio V experience. Private training & classes can be purchased in packages, monthly & yearly memberships. We excel in helping you achieve your goals of mental wellness, positivity, body fat reduction, rehabilitation, gaining strength or just feeling better! We offer a first session free to asses your current health, posture, goals and needs. Classes run 6:30am until 7:30pm, open on Sundays too. Please contact us for your free introductory Pilates session!

Pilates Brunch Club - 9am ($45 donation class)
This isn’t just a fitness class—it’s a fundraiser. A portion of each ticket directly supports HAVEN, a nonprofit providing essential resources for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in Stanislaus County. Move for a cause and be part of something bigger!

Kind of chic when team bonding looks like this. 🤍

We spent the morning at Modesto lululemon, where Shap (store manager) and I coordinated a private shopping experience for the Studio V team for our upcoming collab with lululemon. The lululemon team made us feel so welcome with coffee waiting for us, breakfast, and endless patience while we tried on everything! Literally😂. Incredible service from start to finish.

I’m so grateful to be in a position where I can invest in this amazing team. They work hard, care deeply about our clients, and deserve to feel appreciated.

Thank you, Modesto lululemon team, for making it such a memorable day for us💙

The Studio V Summer Reset is a 6-week wellness program designed to help build strength, confidence, and consistency this summer. Whether you’re getting back into a routine, looking to feel stronger, or wanting a supportive place to move your body, this program combines Pilates, strength training, recovery, and community all in one experience.

BONUS: A 1:1 personal meeting with me (Sonia🙋🏽‍♀️) to strategize your goals & help get your sessions booked🩵
