Transformation Tuesday!
12 members lost 3%+ body fat in just 6 weeks during our Spring Challenge.
As a group, challengers lost 227.9 lbs of fat mass and gained 40.5 lbs of muscle — measured through InBody scans, not guesswork.
This is what happens when training, nutrition, accountability, and community come together.

✨ Transformation Thursday ✨
A year and a half ago, Cynthia decided she wanted to feel healthier, more energetic, and more confident.
What started as a commitment to improve her health became a complete lifestyle shift.
💬 “My biggest moment was having the energy to play with my three-year-old without feeling tired or unmotivated.”
For Cynthia, that’s what this journey is all about.
Over the last 18 months, she’s learned that nutrition isn’t about restriction—it’s about fueling her body for the life she wants to live. She’s learned the value of recovery, consistency, and showing up even when progress feels slow.
Most importantly, she’s changed her mindset.
