The National Speleological Society’s Board of Governors (BoG) is holding a Town Hall on December 14, 2026 at 8PM EST to answer member questions and gather input on the future of the Society
Members are encouraged to submit questions in advance using the form below. Advance submissions will help the BoG prepare for the discussion and identify common concerns. The form also allows members to submit questions anonymously.
However, you do not need to submit a question through this form to participate. Members will also have an opportunity to ask questions during the live Q&A portion of the Town Hall. The goal is to address as many questions as possible during the Town Hall.
For transparency, submitted questions and comments will be shared in their original wording, except for submissions that consist of derogatory remarks or personal attacks. These will be published in the NSS website’s Business Documents section alongside a recording of the meeting. Similar questions may be grouped together when preparing responses.
Please submit your questions by December 1, 2026 to give the BoG time to review before the meeting.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Governors will take place directly before the Town Hall (at 7PM EST on December 14, 2026) using the Zoom link provided above. A post event survey will also be distributed to members to collect thoughts and improve future Town Halls.
