After almost nine years, Siren Shrub is winding down.

There has been a whole lot of hard work, creativity, friendship, farmers markets, weird flavor experiments, recipes, road trips, bottles packed into boxes, and more shrub than we ever imagined two people could make.

And somehow, you all came along for the ride.

You tried this weird little thing called shrub.

You put it in your fridge, your bar cart, your boat cooler, your dinner table, your cocktails, your mocktails and probably a few places we never even thought of.

You told your friends about us. You came back for your favorites. You tried the new flavors. You made recipes. You tagged us. You showed up.

You became our shrub people.

And honestly, that is one of the things we are going to miss the most.

So We're going out celebrating.

How cool is this?! We will definitely be stopping in this weekend to give it a try. Speaking from experience, CAED Confections chocolates are absolutely out of this world! Every piece is like eating a work of art. I'm endlessly impressed by their creativity and can't wait to try this local flavor bomb. We'll be making a weekend trek to downtown Stevens Point-see you there!

Blueberry Mint is back… and this one feels personal. 🫐🌿

For years we’ve partnered with Highland Valley Farm up in Bayfield ,the berry capital of Wisconsin, first for our beloved Currant Shrub back in 2018, and now for the return of one of our most requested limited releases.

The best part? This year the berries came full circle.

When we first launched Blueberry Mint, we had to source blueberries from Michigan because the crop just wasn’t there. But in 2026, Highland Valley Farm had exactly what we needed waiting for us in their freezers, and somehow that feels like the universe winking back.

Bayfield has always held a piece of Layne’s heart, cassette tapes humming down Highway 2, ferry rides to Madeline Island, brie pasta in a cabin after long days looking for bears and Lake Superior waves crashing in the distance. The kind of memories that stay stitched into you.

So every bottle of Blueberry Mint carries a little of that magic:
Wild blueberries, summer nostalgia and the reminder that the best things are deeply connected.

If you ever find yourself up north, take the farm drive. Stop at Highland Valley Farm. Catch the ferry. Slow down enough to notice the charm.

BLUEBERRY MINT IS BACK!

Just in time to usher in the sunshine.

We're pretty sure this is the most requested of all the Limited Release flavors and honestly… we get why you kept asking for it.
We’ve been pouring it over ice with sparkling water and calling it good. No overthinking.

The mouthwatering juxtaposition of cooling and warming flavors make this shrub one for the books! They say opposites attract, and blueberry and mint definitely bring out the best in each other. Prepare for a flavor experience that will speak to your soul!!

When you start with fruit at its peak; really ripe, full of flavor, exactly how it’s meant to be, it just hits different. Like biting into an heirloom tomato right off the vine. Nothing added. Nothing needed.

That’s the heart of shrub.

The vinegar and sugar aren’t there to hide anything, they’re there to hold onto it. To stretch that just-picked moment a little longer. To keep that flavor around past the season.

So when you pour a splash into a glass, it’s not just sweet or tart...
