We’re growing our team in East Tennessee!

Robust Physical Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists (PT/DPT) for our Kingsport and Greeneville locations. We’re looking for clinicians who value quality one-on-one patient care, professional growth, and being part of a supportive local team.

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities are available. New grads and experienced PTs are welcome to apply.

Knowing where you are today gives you a chance to get stronger, stay active, and protect your independence before everyday life becomes more difficult.

At Robust Physical Therapy, we help people recover from pain and injuries, but we also help people build strength, improve balance and mobility, maintain their progress, and keep doing the things that matter most.

Some victories can't be measured by a scale.

They're measured by the things you can do again.

For Cherokee, it meant walking farther, lifting more comfortably, keeping up with chores around the house, and feeling stronger than before.

She also shared something incredible—she has lost more than 100 pounds during her journey.

We're honored to have been part of that story, but the hard work belongs to Cherokee. Every exercise, every visit, every decision to keep showing up added up over time.

Back in February, Stacy came to Robust Physical Therapy dealing with back pain, knee pain, and pain that was affecting the way he walked.

"I couldn't really walk without a limp. I was constantly in pain."

After committing to his plan of care and putting in the work, Stacy says his life looks very different today.

"It's a complete 180. I don't limp anymore. I can do the basic chores I need to do with hardly any problem at all."

When asked what made him decide to try physical therapy, his answer was simple:

"I got tired of hurting all the time."

We're grateful Stacy trusted our team to be part of his recovery journey. His progress is a reflection of the consistency, effort, and determination he brought to every visit.
