When the weather warms, gym parking lots become more vacant.
The "great outdoors" come calling...
Intentional movement CAN be found in many recreational hobbies, gardening, house maintenance, landscaping, and etc. It can look different for everyone.
Remember, ALL physical activity counts. Daily movement matters.
Stay hydrated and move throughout the day!!

Physicians often neglect a key element in assessing health and longevity, specifically the impact of SARCOPENIA.
As people age, muscle loss can become a significant issue if they fail to remain active and instead adopt sedentary habits, which can lead to assistive device use and immobility.
Staying active is crucial for maintaining functional ability and quality of life.

You CAN become BETTER and more fit at any age. Movement is for everyone. Our bodies were created for Movement!!
Incorporate Movement into your daily routine. Stand every 30 minutes, walk around for 2 minutes or More to use your muscles, weight bear into the bones, boost your circulation, get "the kinks out" so to say.
This would be a great start for those who are sedentary and also those who are not. Sitting does not help your health but hinders it.

I initially thought "I need to do a workout" but then I changed my mind.
Workout switch up.
Exercise and physical activity are not always using bands, bodyweight and dumbells.
After a vacation, the house needed attention. Here's the activity checklist:
Mowing ✅️
Clean out the fence line ✅️
Divide and plant flowers ✅️
Wash down the privacy fence✅️
Get the hummingbirds fed✅️
Workout Completed...✔️✔️
2 days of manual labor with "equipment" including push mower, shovels, buckets, weedeater, spade, step ladder, scrub brushes and waterhose.
The heat and humidity levels are high.
Summer is here.
**STAY HYDRATED WHEN WORKING OUTDOORS**
Hydration rule= atleast 1/2 of your bodyweight in fluid ounces daily.
