RISHIKESH: A Spiritual Pilgrimage 🇮🇳✨
There are places that don't simply welcome you—they transform you.
Join me for a 7-day spiritual pilgrimage to Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, where we'll immerse ourselves in authentic yoga, meditation, sacred ceremonies, ancient temples, the holy Ganges, and the timeless wisdom of the Himalayas.
We'll stay at one of Rishikesh's premier retreat centers, nestled in the forests of the Himalayas near the sacred Neelkanth Mahadev Temple—a peaceful sanctuary for rest, reflection, and inner transformation.
Together with experienced local teachers, you'll experience Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, meditation, pranayama, kirtan, fire ceremonies, sound healing, an Ayurveda class, a pottery workshop, a guided tour of Rishikesh, and visits to sacred sites, including the legendary Vashishta Cave. I'll also be offering optional Yin Yoga, breathwork, ta**ra, and manifestation practices throughout the journey.
