Originally from Bowling Green, KY, Jared is a civil engineer, proud husband, dad to two daughters, and dog dad to two energetic pups. When he’s not crushing workouts at F45, you can find him traveling, playing golf, cooking, or spending time with family and friends.

A few fun facts about Jared:

🌊 He’s seen bioluminescent plankton in the Maldives
🏈 He loves collecting sports memorabilia

What makes Jared such an awesome part of our community? His positive attitude, consistency, and team-first mentality. In his own words, his favorite thing about F45 is the camaraderie and team atmosphere—and we couldn’t agree more! 🙌

As a father, Jared says watching his kids grow, learn, and experience new things is one of life’s greatest joys. Staying active at F45 helps him keep up with their never-ending energy while setting an example of a healthy, active lifestyle. ❤️
