TLDR:
We are 4 days out from the close of registration of the Music City Fit Expo meet which takes place June 5th and 6th at the fairgrounds Nashville
We still have two spots for youth open on Friday June 5th and we can probably handle four or five additional adults on Saturday June 6th
With your registration you get a meet t-shirt and in the video I forgot to mention that you get a really cool athlete swag bag that I've been working my f***y off to make awesome.
You also have the opportunity to win a medal if you place first, second or third in your age and weight class. And gold medalists will be able to choose a prize off the prize table. And the best lifters calculated by Q points will win a really cool prize.
Plus the expo is just a super cool event in general
