Decided to take middle and elementary school teams as well. Still looking for the last couple of high school boys and girls spots. DM or text if interested in the remaining spots.

Parents and athletes I hate to do this but I have to cancel all practices tonight at Mt. Juliet High School. I am driving back from New Mexico in a moving truck and I’m just not going to make it back in time to run practice tonight.

For the pups in training we will run a make up practice Thursday at 5 to 6 at Father Ryan High School.

After week off we are excited to get back on the mat and start our Freestyle and Greco Season. Who's ready for a little off season training. Here is our new schedule and tournament schedule. Join us tonight at Father Ryan from 6 to 7:30 and tomorrow at Mt. Juliet High School from to 6 to 7:30.

Parents we will have a really brief parent meeting after practice on Friday to discuss the upcoming youth season!
