Jiu-Jitsu is about so much more than learning techniques. Our kids are building confidence, discipline, focus, friendships, and real skills that carry over into school, home, and everyday life.

Just a reminder to all of our 10th Planet Mount Pleasant families — there will be NO Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes today, Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

🥋 No classes for:
• Ages 4–7
• Ages 8–13

Our job isn’t just to teach submissions and technique. It’s to give kids a place where they can struggle, learn, improve, and realize they’re capable of more than they thought.

💜 Our First Women’s Only Jiu-Jitsu Class was a Success! 💜

What an incredible way to kick things off! We had an amazing group of women step onto the mats, many trying Jiu-Jitsu for the very first time. It was a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment where everyone encouraged each other and learned something new.

Jiu-Jitsu isn’t about being the strongest—it’s about building confidence, learning practical self-defense, getting a great workout, and becoming part of a community that has your back.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made our very first Women’s Only class such a success. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to see this community continue to grow!
