It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that Megan Lowry has died. She was a member of Snee Farm Swim Team for a decade, graduating in 2012. Megan was the middle child between her two brothers, Peter ('15) and Daniel ('10), who were also long-time members of the team.
The Lowrys wish to share the following memorial service information with their Snee Farm Swim Team family:
Friday, July 11, 11:00 AM at Stella Maris Church on Sullivan's Island
Luncheon following at their home (909 Searle Court) in Cooper Estates, Mt. Pleasant.
A stalwart teammate, fierce competitor, fun and lively spirit, and mentor to many younger swimmers, we will miss her. Thank you for keeping Megan and all of her family, especially her parents and brothers, in your thoughts.

Independence Day is always spirit and activity-filled at Snee Farm. Along with the neighborhood parade to fun events at the pool, one can have a full day of celebrations of our country's birth. This includes the annual AM swim practice. Take a peek back to 2016 to learn more!

SFST in the summer of 2006! Take the Wayback Machine! To truly enjoy, it will require half an hour of your time!
This is a 27 minute clip from the 2006 CCAA - Coastal Carolina Aquatic Association Championship Meet final day. Until 2014, the City Meet was 3 days, and the final day was Relay Day. This meant 15 relays (5 medleys, 10 free).
The City Meet had a festival feel outside the pool fence, with a tent for each team. You can get a sense for what makes summer swimming special as you watch swimmers from ages 7-18 hanging out and enjoying each other's company in our tent -- while taking part in this sport and competition together as a team.
The footage is of our 5 medleys and the first 4 free relays. Enjoy!
The 2025 City Meet is at the North Charleston Aquatic Center on Sunday, July 7 (AM & PM sessions, one day). It will be streaming on the CCAA - Coastal Carolina Aquatic Association page.

This is footage from Day 3 of the City Meet -- Relay Day. It starts with 9/10 Boys Free Relay and continues through 15/18 Free Relays -- all of Snee Farm Swim Team's relay swims.

Happy 62nd Anniversary, Northbridge Terrace Park & Pool -- one of the original members of the CCAA - Coastal Carolina Aquatic Association Novice Swim League!
Coach Mike Walsh (for over 45 years!) and his team have done much for the league, and this includes their remarkable and fictional training program for the children of CCAA coaches. This flyer is from 2013 and is shared in their honor! (And was included as a paid ad in the Championship Meet printed heat sheet that year).
Looking forward to hosting them and the Killer Whales today at Snee Farm Swim Team!
