Misfit Manor Farm is a faith based facility that offers riding lessons, homeschool class, birthday parties, moms day out sourdough class, goat milking class, cheese making, herbs, farm days, on and off site events.

🌾🐴 WHAT AN AMAZING FIRST DAY AT MISFIT MANOR! 🐐🐓📚❤️

What a wonderful way to kick off our Homeschool Meet-Up! We started our morning the best way possible—with prayer and gratitude to Yahweh for bringing us together. 🙏❤️

Then it was off to the barn! The children helped feed the horses, chickens, and ducks, followed by some much-needed playtime. 🐴🐓🦆 After that, we headed over to milk the goats and feed the mini pigs. 🐐🐷

After all that hard work, everyone earned some fresh homemade cookies! 🍪😋 Lunch was enjoyed outside, followed by one of our favorite afternoon activities—picking muscadines! 🍇🌿 Some children were trying them for the very first time, while others were enjoying their 4th or 5th time around! Needless to say, everyone had a blast! 😂🍇

We even turned a real-life farm situation into a learning opportunity! The children got to watch and learn about caring for a sheep with hoof rot after she injured her hoof jumping a fence. 🐑❤️ Farm life gives us so many opportunities to learn things that can't be taught from a workbook!

Before our Bible class, the children took a few minutes to introduce themselves and share some of the things they enjoy. ❤️ One thing many of them mentioned? Spending time at Misfit Manor! 🥰

We are SO thankful for this sweet group of children and families, and we can't wait to welcome all of the new children joining us next week! 🌾🐴❤️

We aren't just learning together—we're growing, serving, working, playing, and building a faith-filled co-op family! 🙏✨

🌟🐴 MISFIT MANOR IS HIRING! 🐐🌟

We are so blessed that Yahweh is continuing to send children of all ages to be a part of the Misfit Manor Family.

Are you an energetic, dependable, faith-filled person who loves children, horses, and farm life? Misfit Manor is looking for the right one to join our team!

📍 Position: Farm Hand

💲 Pay: Upon Experience

Qualifications:
✅ Strong Christian values and a positive attitude
✅ Great with children of all ages
✅ Knowledge of farm animals and horse care
✅ Hard-working, self-motivated, and reliable
✅ Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
🐴 Assisting with horseback riding lessons
🐐 Milking goats
🐖 Feeding and caring for farm animals
🌾 Cleaning stalls, pens, and fields
☀️ Helping lead and manage meet-ups
👧 Supervising and interacting with children
🧹 General farm maintenance and daily chores

💔🐐 In Loving Memory of Spot 🐐💔
There is great heartbreak here at Misfit Manor as we have said goodbye to our sweet goat, Spot. 😢❤️
This song, written by his best friend Mary, is such a beautiful reminder of the simple moments that make farm life so special—the animals God placed in our care, the memories made, and the love that grows between them and the people who care for them. 🌿🐐❤️
Spot was a part of our Misfit Manor family, and his passing leaves an empty place here that will be deeply felt. He brought joy, smiles, and so many memories that we will carry with us forever.
While our hearts hurt, we are thankful for the time God gave us with Spot. Sometimes the smallest creatures leave the biggest footprints on our hearts. 🥹❤️
