📣 Metro Cheer 2026 Season Update

We've received several questions about squad requests, so we wanted to provide some clarification.

Beginning this season, the only requests that will be considered are sibling requests. We will no longer be accepting friend requests, coach requests or other special placement requests.
Sibling requests will only be considered if the football and cheer grade levels align:

💙 Cheerleaders in Grades K–2
Cheer for our 3rd/4th grade Royerton tackle teams
May request to cheer for a sibling's team if the sibling plays on one of those teams.

💛 Cheerleaders in Grades 3–6
Cheer for our 5th/6th Grade Delta tackle teams
May request to cheer for a sibling's team if the sibling plays on one of those teams.

📅 Practice Days
Practice schedules are currently being finalized and will match the tackle football teams.

Grades K–2: Tuesday or Thursday
Grades 3–6: Monday or Wednesday
