USATF All-American honors were captured by Rebecca Carson.
Rebecca ran 11:22.28 to place 8th in the 3000m, women’s 17-18 age group.
This season was Rebecca’s first with Spike Up Athletics and we are so darn proud of her. She attends Vallivue High School in Caldwell, ID.

All-American alert! 🚨
Our newest all- American is Carson Hacking. He’s bringing home silver. Congratulations Carson on a fantastic finish to the summer season!
Carson placed 2nd in the 2000m Steeplechase, men’s 17-18 age group, clocking 6:27.84.
Move over Shedeur Sanders, there’s a new Mr. Legendary, and he lives in Idaho!

Congratulations to our very own Addison Thayer on making USATF All-American
Addison placed 7th in the Hammer Throw, women’s 17-18 age group, with a best throw 43.66m (143’ 2.75”).
Job well-done Addie! Boy, what a difference a couple of years can make when you’re dedicated to your craft! No more tears! All grown up!

They can poach, they know who they are, and tell athletes lies to make themselves look more attractive, but we’ll continue to reload. 549 entries for the Snake River Association Championships this weekend and 156 of those entries are Spike Up Athletics. We don’t take pride in having to toot our own horn, but the unethical practices of other clubs (they know who they are) gives us cause to start defending ourselves. Our roster continues to grow because we do things the right way, our coaches are just as good and knowledgeable as theirs, and if you want to be a part of us, we’ll always welcome you and your friends with open arms.

Shout out to our Board of Directors for your tireless efforts to ensure the Spike Up brand continues to be seen, recognized, and known as one of the best the Treasure Valley has to offer. 8 years and the start of our 16th season and we’re still going strong!
