If you're planning to ride the Natchez Trace Parkway south from the start off of Hwy 100 there is a detour/closure due to bridge construction about 3 miles in. The detour route is to continue west on Hwy 100 past the parkway entrance to Hwy 96, then south a few miles until you see the entrance to the Trace on your right. If you're just doing a day ride another alternative is to drive to/park at Timberland Park, Mile Marker 437.2 on the Trace, and ride from there. This avoids the extra highway miles and puts you directly on the Natchez Trace Parkway. Timberland Park's listed hours are 8:00AM-6:00PM daily but be sure to check their website for updated hours. There is plenty of parking and facilities at the park entrance. If you have any questions or need clarification anyone at Trace Bikes should be able to point you in the right direction. See you out there!

October rides with your crew make the cool weather completely worth it. 😎

There is a special energy to fall group rides. Everyone is a little more focused, the pace feels natural, and the scenery does half the work of keeping you motivated.

Cycling really is for every rider at every stage of life and fall is one of the best reminders of that. 🍁

McKenna Morello just returned from Nice, France, where she finished 6th in the world and was the 1st American finisher in the 2026 Ironman 70.3 World Championship, closing out her amateur career on a very high note. Trace Bikes serviced her bike before the race and got her back on the road after her return to Nashville. We look forward to following and supporting McKenna's career as she starts her pro cycling journey!

Peak fall foliage from the saddle hits completely different. 🍂

October road riding rewards you with scenery that no car window can compete with. The colors are turning, the air has that crisp edge to it, and the roads feel quieter than they have in months.

If you have been putting off a fall ride, this is your sign to stop waiting. What is your favorite fall cycling route? 🚴‍♀️🍁
