Reminder! Put it on your calendar!!! August 1st, Whaling City Athletic club will be hosting a Farmers Carry Challenge. The strength competitions at Whaling City are for anyone and everyone! It is a day meant to raise money for scholarships, while encouraging fellow athletes and friends to do something they have never done before. My goal at every single competition I run is for every competitor to hit a personal record, and lift more than they ever had prior to the competition.
