Working on our decision making off the rip lights. Here we go:

Jab
Speed Stop
Behind the Back Exchange
Foot Switch

Green = Extend Finish
Blue = 1-2 Step
Red = Step back

Still cleaning up some little details but really solid for this ballers first time through the light series!

Lots of work the last couple weeks on her shot and it's starting to translate on the move! Here we go:

Jab
Speed Stop
Behind the Back Exchange
Foot Switch
Step Back Jumper

As we get better we just keep adding! Working on limiting the amount of extra dribbles in between while adding different dribble move on each bounce. Here she goes:

Crossover
Thru
Split
Behind

Goal is one bounce of the tennis ball between each dribble move with no extra dribbles in between!

Working on trying to utilize her length at the rim! Here we go:

Jab
Speed Stop
Behind the Back Exchange
Foot Switch
Extend Finish

Building that off hand and trying to get to the rim in the last amount of dribbles as possible! So much progress the last couple weeks!

Slowing it down a little bit to make sure we get minimize any extra steps! Here we go:

Pocket Drop
Speed Stop
Behind the Back Exchange
