When was the last time you stopped to notice how far youโve already come?
As we step into the ๐๐๐๐ค๐๐ ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐, itโs easy to focus on everything we still want to accomplish. But before you do, take a moment to look back.
- Maybe you recover from stress more quickly than you used to.
- Maybe youโre breathing more deeply.
- Maybe youโve become more aware of your thoughts, your habits, or what your mind and body need.
- Maybe youโve simply learned that slowing down isnโt laziness, itโs necessary.
