Ever feel like you’re squeezing your racquet tighter than usual? It’s probably not your technique, it’s your overgrip.

As Woody explains, once that "tacky" feel disappears, your arm muscles have to work twice as hard just to keep the racquet from slipping. This is one of the fastest ways to develop tennis elbow or wrist fatigue. 📉🦾
