Cynthia joined us for our Mommy & Me Martial Arts Class, and then took advantage of our Free Month for Moms training, as she is the mother of our awesome student, Julianna, and she has had so much fun so far as well as made new friends since beginning her training here!

When she first arrived, she immediately felt the support and enthusiasm from all of her classmates, making her training experience feel incredible 👏🏼

During her Adult Strong Classes, Cynthia gets to focus on relieving stress, learning vital self-defense skills to help protect her family, staying fit and healthy, and most of all: having FUN during time dedicated just for her! 💯

Cynthia is now part of the fastest growing Martial Arts school has to offer, and we couldn’t be happier for her as she embarks on this journey towards Black Belt Empowerment & Beyond.

Saturday, July 25th, 2026 will host our third Graduation Festival of 2026‼️

All of our students have the opportunity to level up to their next rank, feeling the exhilaration of personal victory‼️

This event will be held at Port Richmond High School’s Gymnasium (85 St Josephs Ave, Staten Island, NY 10302) 🏡

⚠️ TIME CHANGES ⚠️ Due to only 1st & 2nd Dan Black Belt Testing, please note some time changes from our last test.

Save the date for what will be an incredible test‼️

📢 Calling All LMAC Dads! 📢 Join your favorite Lion 🦁 for an uplifting, motivating class that strengthens the bond between father and child, just in time for father’s Day!

This is a FREE event held on Saturday, June 13th, 2026 from 11:00-12:30pm where all Dads participating will receive a FREE LMAC T-Shirt to feel part of the PRIDE! 🦁

🥳 LIL’ CUBS LEVELING UP 🦁

💯 These Lil’ Cubs might be tiny, but they are MIGHTY‼️They all did such a phenomenal job during their 8 Belt Testing, and we couldn’t be more proud as they advance towards their Black Belt & Beyond!

🎉 Special congratulations goes to Mavis Brooks, who was the winner of our Buddy Referral Contest, getting 5️⃣ new members to join our school! She won a Prize Basket with a whole bunch of goodies inside. Also, our awesome student, Mia Preys, has earned her Yellow Belt & graduated from our Lil’ Cubs Program to our Lion Strong Program. Congratulations, girls! 💝

Let’s continue to stay focused on our goals and level up at the next belt test, Lil’ Cubs Graduation Festival 9, held on July 27th & 28th‼️
