What a fun month it’s been getting to move, breathe, play, read, sing, and create with sweet kiddos and their caregivers!

Everytime we practice together, we…

🌳plant trees with One Tree Planted (129 trees and counting!!!)

❤️support our neighbors in crisis with THRIVE Peninsula (387 folk fed and over 500 diapers donated!!!)

📚bolster early literacy with The DeGood Foundation (78 donated books and counting!!!)

We would love to see you for “Little Yogis and Me” in November!

Join us for 👻 FRIGHT CLUB 👻 - our Halloween edition of Flight Club (run/walk group)!!

This week, we are proud to be partnering with THRIVE Peninsula to fight food insecurity and to support our community!

We will be meeting Thursday, October 29th at 6:00pm at Bird Girl Bottle Shop 🍕🍻🍷🧃These guys have pizza and drink options galore, and their staff is simply the best!

1-3 mile walking/running routes are available to choose from, and ALL of them include great Halloween decorations from our awesome neighbors in Hilton Village! All faces and paces welcome!

Wear Halloween costumes/colors/gear, and get a ticket entered into the raffle to win a Bird Girl Treat! 🎃🎟️ *Lights and reflective gear are a great idea to help with nighttime visibility! This will be our last time running our spring/summer routes before we switch over to the better lit fall/winter routes!

Bring canned good/non-perishable food donations, and each item you bring will get you an extra ticket in the raffle! 🥫🎟️

Flight Club (run/walk group) meets again Thursday, October 15th at Bird Girl Bottle Shop at 6pm! 👟🍕🍻

All paces and faces are welcome to join! Strollers and friendly pups too! There are 1-3 mile routes to choose from, and all of them take you along the river to catch the sunset! It looks like we will have a little break from the heat too! 😅👏

There’s a throw back “Susan Sarandon” pizza this week with apple butter that you should definitely check out, and plenty of wild and wonderful drink options! Grab a Flight Club pin and get 10% off every time you join us for FC!

Thanks for racing by, Little Yogis and Grownups! 🏎️

We kept our bodies moving and our minds sharp with games that challenged our reaction time and balance!

We learned how to tune into our breath and find peace and calm when our “race day jitters” kick in!

We synced up at our pit stop and worked as a team to pass the breathing ball!

We learned that whether we are moving fast or slow, it’s just nice to be with friends…ya know?!

Racers took home some coloring pages and water color vehicles to encourage some moments of mindfulness after class too! 😊

Would love to see kiddos and caregivers for the full 8 week series in October and November, the 4 week series in either month, or a drop in when you can join us!

Today, Sunday October 4th is the last day to snag a spot in the full series, October monthly series, or drop in class on Tuesday, October 6th! We will be learning about butterflies and the “super generation” of a monarchs that are making their journey this fall! Lots of opportunities for play, movement, breath work, and connection! 🐛🦋
