Little Yogis - Kids’ Yoga

Who:

Parent/Caregiver drop off class that is suitable for 3-6 year olds who are fully potty trained.

Bring:

A water bottle. The studio has mats and props for us to borrow, but if your little yogi prefers the mat or blocks you have at home, please feel free to bring those!

Description:

Each class there will be opportunities for engaging games, read alouds, music and singing, playful yoga sequences, interactive breathing exercises, and relaxation/mindfulness activities to nurture the whole child.

This class will be a great introduction to the benefits of yoga for children. We will learn about self-regulating tools to help navigate big feelings, develop kinesthetic awareness, inspire creativity, play, and connection with others, and the list goes on!

Investment:

October 6 - November 24th (8 week Series): $145 for the full series

October 6 - October 27th (4 week series): $75

November 3 - November 24th (4 week series): $75

Drop-In Classes are $20, but will be subject to availability. Registration for drop-ins will open one week before the class offering.

Advance registration is required to attend.

Every time we practice together, a portion of your investment goes to supporting families in crisis at THRIVE Peninsula , we plant a tree together through One Tree Planted , and we promote early literacy by partnering with The DeGood Foundation to provide free books to kids in our community!
