Our very own Abby had the amazing opportunity to volunteer at the World Fitness Project during their Indianapolis tour stop August 28-30th.
She had the opportunity to witness some of the fittest athletes in the world compete against each other in our own back yard.

Our goal when we opened up this business was to not only be a staple in the area, but an active participant in the community we love so much.

Felt like this deserved a permanent spot on the feed to celebrate Lindsay & Kaki ~
We are so proud of them and so honored to have played a part in their journey to this comp. They worked so hard despite encountering injuries during their comp preparation and they are truly some of the hardest working people we've ever met.

Dani just completed the Tour du Mont Blanc, a 70 mile hike through France, Italy, and Switzerland that has a total ascent and descent of ~30,000 ft! We've had the honor of helping her through her training by working on lower body strengthening and recovery and are happy to have played a little part in Dani's accomplishment!
