This morning, we came together to honor the lives lost and the heroes who showed incredible courage on September 11, 2001.

Every movement had meaning. Every round was a chance to pause, reflect, and remember the people behind the numbers — the first responders, the passengers, the families, and the heroes who ran toward danger when others were running away.

We honor. We will never forget. ❤️🤍💙

We’re getting together for some hikes, fresh air, movement, and of course, some good COREFIT girl time. 💪🏼💗

Our first hike is THIS Friday at 11AM, meeting at Starbucks in North Canton! Come join us, bring a friend, and let’s enjoy some of this beautiful Ohio weather together. 🌿

That’s 500 times showing up, putting in the work, and choosing yourself! 💪 And while hitting 500 classes is an incredible accomplishment, having your people beside you definitely makes the journey even sweeter. 🫶
