Happy Halloween from all of us at IHT 🎃

Finn (Finn Kucaba) is an ABSOLUTE FREAK

10,798w on peak power
113.5 w/kg
1.43 mRSI

Finn has turned himself into a freak of nature

We are so incredibly proud of Finn for the work he has put in and will continue to put in

It’s safe to say the gym record won’t be touched for sometime (until he hits 11k)👀

When we talk about Built By IHT… this is what we mean

Who do the pro guys and IHT staff look like in the superhero world?

Some funny answers from the boys😂

We’re excited to have Trey (Trey Lipscomb) back for his second offseason here at IHT

Trey is coming off an INSANE year where he put up the following numbers:

- .287 AVG
- .536 SLG
- 32 HRs
- 31 2Bs
- 94 RBIs
- INT Post-Season All-Star

We can’t wait to see what he does next season!

After a long season, it’s crucial that we first restore ROM that was lost over the season

Typically we will see our Narrow ISA guys lose posterior expansion and IR at the end of the season

For these athletes, it’s crucial to give them movement solutions early on so when we begin to build tissue, they don’t lose the ability to move

Danny (Danny Flatt Jr) is going through some restoration before his upper lift today

Come train with D1 Softball commit Kyleigh (Kyleigh)

Kyleigh is going through a lower body dynamic day

This is probably one of the most electric day in the life lifts we’ve filmed😂

10/07/2026

Still stacking days

What’re you doing to separate yourself?

10/06/2026

Too many times we see athletes come in with shoulder and elbow issues

These issues typically stem from one of two issues

1. Lack of IR strength
2. IR drop off between reps

Numbers are only cool if you then know what to do with them

If you’re tired of your shoulder or elbow pain, DM us “HEALTH”
