Our cool cats and kittens battled some great competition all weekend and finished 2nd out of 16 teams. They stepped up to the challenge and knocked it out of park! Defensively, we only committed 7 errors in the 6 ballgames. Across the 5 pitchers that saw innings, they had a combined BAA of .190 and ERA of 2.72. Our catchers also threw out 6 runners trying to steal. Although it wasn’t our best offensive production, our defense and pitching kept us in every game. We batted .354 with a .539 OBP. The best part was seeing the resilience these girls displayed. When things got tough, they weren’t breaking down. They’ve been working on their body language, focus, and self-talks and it showed this weekend. We will get back to work and be ready for the next one. Thanks for supporting us!

Another weekend at the ballpark with great things to think about.

Does the record show what we are capable of? No
It doesn’t, but what it does show is a group of 12 girls who REFUSE to quit no matter how hard I push them, make them mad or question my ability to coach.

We have played up in 14U all fall as a newer 13B team. We have taken our lumps, but most importantly we have learned. I have challenged these girls in many ways and they are accepting my challenge!! Saturday we faced the number one seed in the other pool and lost 4-3 for our first bracket game, second game had a chance to tie and a miscue on a well hit ball ended the opportunity to tie with an offensive interference call.

Win as a team and lose as a team!!!!

As a coach I can not be more proud and more excited to see what the next few months hold for these girls. You may beat them now but I assure you that you will not out work them!!!

Hopefully the next two weekends bring some more growth and a few wins!!!

Statistically this is the best weekend with our group and it showed. 7 of the 11 committed errors came the first game which ended 10-1. They locked in after that one.

Pitching was on point with all three pitchers but our #8 wasn’t feeling the best Friday night and was gone for a family event Saturday.

Super proud of this group!!

DC on me, DC on 3!!!!!!

🧠🥎 A HUGE THANK YOU TO ANDREW GRANTZ MINDSET SOLUTIONS! 🥎🧠

We want to give a special shoutout to Andrew Grantz for coming out and working with our Demand Command McAfee 10U girls on their Mental Edge! 💪🩵

Our girls really enjoyed the session, and we’re excited to see how they take what they learned and apply it both on and off the field. Softball is about more than just physical skills — it’s about confidence, focus, resilience, and learning how to respond when things don’t go your way. Building that mental game is just as important as the work we put in between the lines!

🩵🖤🤍 This is one of the reasons our sponsors mean so much to our program! Their support helps us create opportunities like this for our girls — opportunities to learn, grow, build confidence, and develop skills that will benefit them far beyond the softball field. We couldn’t provide these experiences without the support of the people and businesses who believe in our team and invest in our girls!

We’re thankful to Andrew for taking the time to invest in our players and help them continue to grow, not just as athletes, but as young ladies. We look forward to seeing the BIG impact this makes as we continue our journey together! 🔥

Thank you, Andrew, and thank you to all of our sponsors for helping us make these opportunities possible! 🩵🖤🤍
