Iaido Muso Shinden Ryu Okuden Tachiwaza: 1. Yukizure 行連
The practitioner walks forward while flanked by two guards or companions who turn hostile. The movement requires slipping slightly behind one attacker to dynamically strike the other first, utilizing fluid footwork. ◽️

Rebecca Pautz and I are hosting a Saturday August 29 from 2-4pm We will lead you through a variety of exercises to do with a partner or friend that will help improve your flexibility, assist your posture and deepen your connection with others. We are so excited to invite you to this special workshop. Class is $45 but if you bring a friend it will be $60 together ($30 for each person).
