Congratulations to Chloe Mankes for her commitment to Bowdoin College !! This Hingham High Girls Soccer defender has gone above and beyond the call of school, homework, club and high school soccer duties and really committed herself to getting stronger, quicker, and faster in our training facility pretty much year round. The results speak for themselves, playing NESCAC is a dream!! Looking forward to getting to work with you for another 4 years.

In -season workouts and recovery are MANDATORY for professional and D1 athletes. If fully grown adults need to maintain, developing teens CERTAINLY need to do the same. Especially since you are playing as much or more than the pros, and you need to build your body up every month of the year to compete at a high level.

Congrats to workhorse Cole Martin for committing to Babson Men's Lacrosse . Cole just graduated from Duxbury High School and will be sharpening his skills at Phillips Exeter Boys Lacrosse for the next year. Super athlete, super guy, Exeter and Babson are lucky to have him! Two time team MVP, two-time league All-Star, Boston Globe all scholastic, and a nasty LSM. Duxbury Lacrosse

If you’ve ever heard of the Hockey term “skating from the knees“, this is the opposite. We are learning to skate and sprint from the hips. And we’re learning how to do it when tired. Pairing it with an alternating med ball scoop makes us have to plant our feet and use our hips and a medicine ball exercise that simulates shooting or throwing.

This isn’t the first time we’ve posted about and probably not the last. Here are the list of accolades for a guy that carved out a very nice career and is still improving every year because of his coach-ability in the game plus work ethic away from basketball and soccer. Ryan added a lot of strength, power, muscle, and good habits that elevated his athleticism and game. Can’t wait to see what he does in the next 4 years at . Nice work Ry!!
