Emma competed this past weekend at a USPA® Powerlifting meet in the 10–12 age group division and put together a great performance!

✅ 8/9 successful attempts!

🏋️ Squat: 87 lbs
💪 Bench Press: 51 lbs
🔥 Deadlift: 110 lbs

Emma showed up, put in the work, and represented herself well on the platform! The future is bright, and we can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next!

Best Lifters, World Records, National Records, and State Records — the platform was on fire all day.
