This week we’re highlighting the one and only You can find Dani full time on the personal trainer side where she works with clients ranging from 9-71 years old.
Dani joined the Freedom Fitness team over a year ago and quickly knew she was in the right place. Her focus is on helping people create a healthy, sustainable balance in life- reaching their goals while still enjoying the things they love the most.
With an emphasis on mobility, core strength, injury prevention, and strength training, Dani loves helping clients move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence through lifting weights and building lifelong healthy habits.
