Our Squat machine is taking a short break while it gets the care it needs, but that doesn’t mean your progress has to pause!
Just like in life, when one path isn’t available, we find another way forward. Our coaches are here to guide you through alternate exercises that target the same muscles and help you continue building strength safely & effectively.

Day 1 at Club Camp began with one powerful focus: clarity.
Led by Kim McQueen, President & CEO of Curves North America, Australia, and New Zealand, franchise leaders explored where their clubs stand today and what the future could look like.
Through scorecards, growth targets, and open conversations, each club began building a clearer vision for the path ahead.
Because when numbers create clarity, leaders gain the confidence to grow.
The journey to Club Camp begins. ✨
From traveling to Palm Cove to setting up every detail behind the scenes, preparation is already underway for five days of connection, learning, and growth.
Merchandise unpacked, the hall prepared, and the beautiful surroundings of Palm Cove ready to welcome the Curves community.
Tomorrow, the learning begins.
Kim thought the hardest part was opening the doors…
Turns out, that was just the beginning.
Before her Curves grand opening, she was doing everything, demolition, painting, hiring staff, training, and nonstop marketing. Her appointment book was completely full.
But on the first day, her mentor said something that changed the way she saw business forever:
“Who owns the club?”
That moment became her biggest lesson as a business owner.
And by the end of the first week… she had already signed 101 members.

“Did I just make the biggest mistake of my life?”
That night, Kim asked for a sign that she had made the right choice.
The very next morning, something unexpected happened inside the club… and it made her burst into tears.
