We had a wonderful time at our very first Chronic Disease Support Group!

This group brings together graduates of our Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP) and Strong People Living Well classes to reconnect, check in on their health goals, learn something new, and support one another on their wellness journey.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our first meeting a success! We cannot wait to see this group continue to grow and look forward to an even bigger and better session next time.
