Free yoga all weekend at Surya — who are you bringing?

Week 1 of Kids Yoga is done — and wow. 🥹✨

Watching these little ones move, breathe, and surprise themselves is something else entirely.

This week we saw:
🦁 Lion poses that filled the whole room
🌬️ Deep breaths that actually calmed the wiggles
🌟 Kids land a balance pose for the first time — and absolutely beam

There are still a few spots open for Week 2 — June 22 & 23 at 3 pm. If your child missed the first week, don't let them miss this one too.
