Respite Night Director
• Plans and prepares each Respite Night
• Communicates with families & volunteers
• Organizes volunteers and activities
• Leads the team and makes sure everything runs smoothly
• Creates a safe, fun & welcoming environment for every child

Check-In & Set-Up Manager
Making sure everyone feels welcomed from the moment they arrive!
• Prepares name tags
• Checks families in & out
• Helps set up before Respite Night
• Helps clean up afterward
• Helps wherever she is needed throughout the night

Food & Craft Room Manager
Keeping the creativity, snacks & fun flowing!
• Purchases craft & Play-Doh supplies
• Prints coloring pages
• Organizes the food & craft room
• Helps lead volunteer meetings
• Interacts with and supports the kids
• Keeps the food & craft room running smoothly

Bringing the fun while keeping an eye on the gym!

• Checks equipment to make sure it’s safe
• Makes sure the gym is set up with kids’ safety in mind
• Plays and interacts with the kids
• Helps enforce rules when needed

Tonight was another fun-filled Respite Night! 🩷✨

From running around the gym to playing with friends and making the most of every activity, there was always something fun happening! We loved getting to spend the evening with everyone and seeing all the excitement throughout the night. 🥰

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers for helping make nights like this possible! We’re already counting down to the next one! 🎉

Another Respite Night in the books, and our hearts are so full. 🤍

From crafts and games to jumping, laughter, and new friendships, every smile reminds us why we do this. Thank you to our incredible families for trusting us with your amazing kids, and thank you to our volunteers who make nights like this possible.

We can’t wait to do it all again next month! 💙✨
