My Gym Children's Fitness Center's program is designed to help children six months up to ten years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Our structured, age-appropriate classes incorporate music, dance, relays, games, non-competitive gymnastics, sports and more. Children have a blast as they gain strength, coordination, balance, gross and fine motor skills and also learn to interact socially with their peers and other adults all while building their confidence and self esteem! As experts in early child development, we understand the impact pre-kindergarten education has on a child's emotional, social, and cognitive development. We also know that learning should be fun and exciting! What better place than right here in the familiar and nurturing atmosphere of ? 👋

In our two-hour drop-off class, your favorite My Gym teachers engage the children in songs, dances, games, puppet shows, fine and gross motor activities, imaginative adventures, arts & crafts, and much more! 🎨

Another perk? Tuition includes all Practice & Plays, which are non-structured playtimes on the schedule meant for all ages to enjoy with their grownups. (Bonus: It's free to siblings of enrolled kiddos!) 🤸‍♂️

Admissions is rolling, and there is no long-term commitment. You can stop at any time in your billing cycle with a 4-week notice. Absent one week? Schedule a makeup class (during another age-appropriate time) within 30 days of the missed class. We know you have busy agendas, and we want to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs! 🙌
