If you’re unfamiliar, Dance Sweat Reset is our signature mini class experience designed to give you a little taste of everything Exchange Dance has to offer. 🪩

Each class is just 30 minutes, giving you the chance to try something new, meet our instructors, connect with our community, and maybe discover your new favorite class along the way. Whether you dance with us every week or this is your very first time walking through our doors, you’re invited.
