FAMILY! When Mom needs a little break to spend time with her child that just finished training and Dad is on the floor currently training- The Mom of 5 Master teaches class with a baby strapped to her chest!

Yep! That's how we roll!

Day 3 evening training got no pictures, as Master E was in a poomsae training of her own at United Martial Arts Doral with Grandmaster Maria. Not their day trainings got caught on camera. 🤣
10 minutes running, all forms- chest deep, then 100 of each kick- front, round, side, inside crescent, outside crescent. Then running for another 10 minutes.
