Welcome to Putnam Paddle Co! We can't wait to make memories with you! The Putnam Paddle Co. The community was encouraging people to embrace the Blanchard.

was created with the idea that the people in this county can experience something fun and exciting locally rather than traveling out of the area. *We heard about the launches that were being proposed and we thought that was great. I always thought Ottawa needed to welcome the fact that a river ran thru it. Not look at it as a detriment. Our business model is simple. Go to putnampaddle.com. Pick a date and time. Choose a canoe or kayak. Choose your drop location and exit location. We take care of the rest. You park at your final destination and we will shuttle you to your launch location. *Once you reach your final destination we will help you out of your boats and you jump in your car*

We were so excited to have this group back out on the water today! They were the very first people to book with us when we opened three years ago.🫶

We’re so grateful for the support from day one and loved having them back with us!

Unfortunately, due to current water levels and the speed of the river’s flow, we will not be offering rentals today or tomorrow. We appreciate your understanding, as the safety of our customers is our number one priority.

Our kids were so excited to find $1 while cleaning the Ottawa Reservoir while we were dropping kayakers into the water. Jack's day was made. It pays to clean our parks! 🫶

Kayak rentals are available for Saturday. 👏

Or, if you have your own kayak, consider utilizing our livery service to eliminate the hassle of finding transportation back to your vehicle; we will handle transportation while you provide the kayak.
