We are SO excited to welcome you to the KPV family for SEASON 3️⃣!!! 🏐

To help our season run smoothly and ensure everyone stays informed, we will be using SPOND as our official club-wide and team communication app!

We will be meeting in the hotel’s meeting/conference room!

ATHLETES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND! 🏐
Parent Night is an important opportunity to get everything organized before the season officially begins!

Here’s what you can expect:
👕 Jersey Sizing: Athletes will try on jerseys to ensure proper sizing.
🔢 Jersey Numbers: We will work on assigning jersey numbers for the upcoming season.
📝 Contracts & Paperwork: Parents will review and sign important club documents.
💳 First Payments: We will collect initial season payments and discuss payment plans.
📣 Season Information: We’ll go over expectations, schedules, communication, and all the ins and outs of being part of KPV!
🏐 Team Meetings: Your athlete’s coach may choose to meet with their team to introduce themselves, discuss expectations, and share goals for the season!

💰 PARENT NIGHT PAYMENT AMOUNTS
The following initial payments will be due at Parent Night based on your athlete’s team placement:
💜 PURPLE: $300
💙 BLUE: $500
🩷 PINK: $600
🖤 BLACK: $400
🤍 WHITE: $400
These amounts are the initial season payments, not the total club fees. We will also be talking about payment schedules and payment plans!

We know everyone has busy schedules, but we strongly encourage families to make Parent Night a priority. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions, meet your coaches, and make sure you’re ready for an AMAZING season!

We cannot wait to see what this season has in store for our athletes, coaches, and families!

Tomorrow is the BIG DAY for our 14U & UNDER athletes! 🏐

As the nerves start kicking in and the excitement builds, we want to remind every athlete of something far more important than any roster, jersey, or team placement.

YOUR WORTH IS NOT DETERMINED BY WHAT TEAM YOU MAKE. 🩷

Not by the level you play at.
Not by the club you end up calling home.
Not by whether you make your first choice.
And certainly not by someone else’s evaluation of your abilities on one particular day.

You are so much more than a volleyball player.

Tryouts are just one small moment in a much bigger journey. Some athletes will celebrate tomorrow. Some may face disappointment. BOTH are part of growing, learning, and becoming the player and person you’re meant to be.

Whether your journey leads you to KPV or somewhere else, our hope is that you NEVER lose the love you have for this game.

Keep showing up. Keep working hard. Keep being coachable. Keep chasing your goals. And most importantly, keep finding JOY in the sport that brought you here in the first place.

At KPV, we want athletes who love this game, but even more than that, we want athletes who know their value extends far beyond the volleyball court.

Tomorrow, walk into that gym with confidence, give your best effort, encourage the girls beside you, and leave knowing you gave it everything you had.

When we started KPV, our mission was simple: create opportunities, develop athletes, and continue growing the game we all love. Today, we’re taking another step toward that mission!

These expansions are about so much more than adding locations. They’re about opening doors, creating opportunities, and making competitive volleyball more accessible to athletes and families across our region.
