If you happen to be planning and training for your next HYROX America race - maybe in Tampa - you need a solid run strategy.
“Not Dying” is a bad plan.💀
There is nothing worse than sprinting from the start line, into Ski Erg, and then shortly regretting that decision en route to the sled push.
Developing a strategy - through simulations, with a coach, or a combination of the two will give you the best opportunity to get your best time.
We will be talking about this topic and more at our Hyrox seminar on September 26th at LIVE Training Center

It’s accountability—but it’s also connection, energy, and commitment.
When someone is waiting for you to train:
* You’re less likely to skip. Someone else is counting on you.
* You work harder. A training partner or coach can push you through the moments when you’d normally back off.
* You’re more consistent. The workout becomes an appointment, not a decision you have to make every day.
* You have more fun. Training with people creates energy, laughter, healthy competition, and shared experiences.
* You celebrate the wins together. The PR, the hard workout, the first pull-up—it means more when someone experienced it with you.
* You become part of something bigger. A gym stops being a place you go to exercise and becomes a community you belong to.
Training alone can change your body.
Training with people can change your relationship with fitness.
That’s the difference.
Someone waiting for you changes “I should work out” into “I’ll see you at the gym.”
And that’s powerful. 💪

🔥 FITNESS RISING. COMMUNITY RISING.⚡️
You can’t fake the work.
It’s the early mornings.
The hard sessions.
The days you don’t feel like showing up—but do anyway.
And the best part? You don’t have to do it alone.
At LIVE Training Center, we believe fitness is better when we rise together. We push each other, challenge each other, celebrate the wins, and keep showing up when things get tough.
One workout.
One rep.
One person inspiring the next.

What makes LIVE Training special is more than just a weight loss program and workouts.
It’s choosing an intentional path towards growth. And growth and discomfort typically go hand in hand.
Once you build your fitness up, what will you do with all the opportunities that come your way?
Hyrox, DEKA, marathons, 5k, 10k, Powerlifting competitions, triathlons, …….ULTRAMARATHONS?
How will you challenge yourself towards growth?
Well this past weekend, LIVE community member Joe Patoray completed his 2nd LEADVILLE 100 race in LEADVILLE CO.
100 miles. 10200ft above sea level. Less than 50% finishing rate most years.
He also finished sub 25 hours to receive the coveted Big Buckle.💨💨💨
Well done Joey! Show this guy some love in the comments and the next time you see him in!!!
We come from different walks. Different histories. Different jobs. Different limitations. Different motivations. Different specific goals.
But despite those differences, our desire and pursuit of learning how to best steward this body and life that God gave us, is what binds us together. Learning how to lead ourselves so we can best lead others. Learning the tools that allow us to show up as our best self, and take on challenges we never thought possible.
It’s the glue that connects a community.
Maybe that pursuit changes numbers on a scale, or confidence in the mirror, or changes a generation to live a healthy life regardless of how they grew up.
That’s the real change that’s possible.
A motivated, like-minded community is powerful beyond measure.
It’s purposeful, intentional, safe, and encouraging.
When you’re ready, drop us a DM and let us help. You don’t have to do it on your own any longer.
Never underestimate the power of putting something on a calendar. A date for an event that you look at and feel often.
It will push you. It will motivate you. It will remind you. It will help hold you accountable.
These 2 ladies have been using that exact system since 2021 to build their fitness, have fun, challenge themselves in various ways and formats, AND inspire family and friends in the meantime.
Jennifer Fury & Michelle Orr Snyder are walking examples of what it means to care about their health, understand what it means to challenge themselves often, and intentionally put themselves in (sometimes scary) positions of growth.
