Join DEFY Studio & Wellness and Cal Coast Beer Co. for a FREE community Move class on Sunday, July 12, from 11:00am–12:00pm at The Patina by Cal Coast. 🪩

Led by Kas, co-owner of DEFY Studio & Wellness, this low-impact dance cardio class is designed to be fun, welcoming, and energizing for all fitness levels. (No dance background required!) Think Jazzercise or Zumba but with today’s music, easy-to-follow choreography, and a party-like atmosphere!

After class, stick around to meet the DEFY team and enjoy all that Cal Coast has to offer! 🍻

This all-levels flow is led by Kira, co-owner of DEFY Studio & Wellness, and is designed to be fun, welcoming, and accessible to anyone who can comfortably get down on a yoga mat and back up again. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you’ll feel right at home.

After class, stick around to chat with the owners and enjoy complimentary light bites, with beverages available for purchase from the distillery.
