Meet our Sunlighten Amplify Infrared Sauna ✨

Sauna therapy has been used for centuries as a way to support detoxification, recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Instead of simply heating the air around you, infrared heat penetrates deeper to warm the body from within for a more effective, comfortable experience.

Hi, we’re Kira & Kas, owners and founders of DEFY Studio & Wellness!

We met three years ago while working together in the fitness industry as a side hustle alongside our corporate careers. From the beginning, we had an instant connection and quickly became inseparable. What started as long shifts, carpool rides, and workout classes turned into a shared dream of leaving corporate life behind to pursue fitness and wellness full time.

As we explored health and holistic wellness more deeply, we found ourselves frustrated by how difficult it was to build a well-rounded routine. Strength training was in one place, recovery in another, movement somewhere else. It felt harder than it needed to be.

So we created the studio we wished existed.

DEFY was born from friendship, shared ambition, and a belief that wellness should feel accessible, not overwhelming. Together, we bring backgrounds in both strength and movement: Kas is a Certified Personal Trainer, and Kira is a Certified Yoga Teacher.Designing this space together has been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives, and we truly hope you love it as much as we do 🧡

One thing you’ll learn quickly about us: Kira is the moon and Kas is the sun ☀️🌙 Our personalities and dynamic naturally reflect that balance, and it became the inspiration behind the DEFY logo itself.
