Like so many of you, we have been taking time to think. To listen. To learn. Not everyone goes through the same experiences nor responds in the same way BUT that doesn't mean we are not here, thinking about each and every one of you that may be enduring pain and heartache.

There is so much work that needs to be done and although we can not fix everything, we can STAND UP and take action in any way we know how.

Whatever your thoughts and beliefs are, we respect that and you. We are open to discussions and welcome you to feel comfortable to talk to your Lyfer Coaches and Friends. After all, we ARE a Fit FAM!

Please note schedule changes for TUESDAY:
5am IS cancelled :-(
6am has been moved to 630am class
7am has been moved to 730am class
8am has been moved to 830am class
**If you can not make those times, we understand. Please early cancel yourself to allow for someone else to take if they'd like.

There WILL be a 445PM class on TUESDAY to accommodate anyone that can make it to that time.

If curfew continues, Wednesday will be the SAME schedule!
