Meet Edwin.
19 years old and chasing big goals in the CrossFit space. Since last September when we started working together,he’s been putting in the work to match that vision every single day.
His consistency? Next level. His work ethic? Relentless. The man shows up ready to grind, push limits, and get better—no shortcuts, no excuses. (Running still isn’t his favorite… but we’re getting there 😂)
The strength gains. The conditioning. The confidence. The growth across the board has been insane—but what fires me up the most is his mindset. He’s hungry, coachable, and locked in.
And the scary part? He’s just getting started.
Big things coming for you, Edwin. Let’s keep building 💪🔥

Meet Jess — we’ve been working together since the beginning of the year, with a focus on building strength and elevating her already well-rounded fitness. From day one, Jess has shown incredible consistency and dedication. No matter how demanding life gets—whether it’s running a CrossFit gym or managing a full schedule—she continues to show up and put in the work.
I couldn’t be more proud to support her on this journey.
Let’s all give Jess a huge congratulations as she kicks off her Age Group Semifinals today! 💪🏻
If you’re interested in working together, feel free to send me a DM. I’d love to connect and talk about how I can help you reach your goals.
PR Incoming 🧱💪🏻
I love went clients PR their 1RM and then proceed to do it for 2 reps! Think we had a 3rd in there as well if his hand didn't slip!
Solid work today

Meet Marte — we’ve been working together for nearly a year now, and it’s been incredible to watch her journey evolve. As her goals shifted and the amount of time she wanted to spend in the gym changed, we adjusted her programming to match exactly what she needed.
She’s still hitting PRs, mastering new skills, and competing at a high level — all while keeping the process fun and sustainable. That’s what it’s all about.
Let’s all wish Marte the best of luck as she takes on Age Group Semis this week! 💪🔥
You do not get stronger by going hard forever. You get stronger by training hard, then recovering hard.
Deload weeks are not a setback, they are a strategy. When you pull back on volume and intensity, you give your body time to recover, adapt, and come back ready to perform.
Deloading helps reduce stress on the nervous system, which can get fatigued from repeated high-intensity training. It also gives your joints and tendons a break from constant load, which can help lower overuse stress and support long-term durability. And just as important, it gives your mind a reset so you can return with better focus, motivation, and drive.
Remember: longevity in training is built by knowing when to push and when to pull back. A smart deload is not weakness,it is what keeps you healthy, hungry, and ready to work.

The 75-Minute Training Blueprint
Save this, Every great session follows this structure
Stop stretching before you lift. Here's what to do instead.
Static stretching before a strength session is one of the most common warm-up mistakes I see — and the research is pretty clear that it can actually decrease your performance.
You don't need to stretch before you squat.
You need to PREPARE to squat.
Here's the difference:
Static stretching relaxes the muscle. That's great for post-session recovery. But before you lift, you want your muscles ON — activated, warm, and primed for load.
Here's what my go to lower body warm-up looks like:
2 Rounds
:45 bike erg
10x Banded Good Mornings
:45 bike erg
16x low Cossack squats
:45 bike erg
6x single leg glute bridges
:45 bike erg
10x jump squats
The whole thing takes 12–15 minutes.
You'll feel the difference in your first working set.
