I decided to throw together a “Reset” package for those wanting to help their horse finish the season strong but do not have a lot of time between shows! So here’s the deal ⬇️

During your horse’s stay they will get

With opening more spots that means I am on the search for a couple more helpers around here! If you would be interested in working at BRP, please read below and fill out the jot form application 🤗

I have two types of positions I am looking to fill, the first position is more of an “assistant” role. Job duties will include:
✅ some social media help
✅ helping with client arrivals (paperwork, tours, and getting client settled in etc)
✅ helping with therapies, including Aqua treading, Equiscope, laser wrap therapy, and more.
✅ help with keeping things organized
✅ creating/ updating patient files and documents of their stay (some video/ photo work all from work phone)

The second option is for more of a chore help position. Job duties include:
✅ cleaning stalls
✅ feeding horses
✅ washing/ prepping horses
✅ some equipment cleaning
✅ taking photos of client horses for updates
✅ assisting in therapies (all we offer)

Ideally, I would like someone who can commit to a consistent time schedule. I do need some weekend help as well. The number of positions open depend on coverage I can get per person!

I would also like people who want to use and totally support the BRP center and can share proven results. This means that opportunities to trade pay for services is available!

With the fall finale past now I finally have a little bit more time on my hands and that means I can open more spots for therapy! I am now booking through January. Even though I am opening a few more spots they are filling fast so don’t wait to get on the books. Below I will put availability!

What a weekend!! First of all thank you to all who came to our fall finale event and who supported us all season long!! Despite a bit of some much needed rain coming down on us Friday you guys braved it out and I’ve noticed so many posts saying you ran some of your fastest times of the season!! That is so cool!

Even with puddles and mud our arena was built to with stand this. I think seeing as many posts as I have about running your fastest times this weekend that proves it to all the doubters! 😅

It’s hard to put everything I want to recap and say into one post without making it a novel but I will share some of my personal favorite moments of the weekend! First off, the p*e wees, if you missed out on watching them compete their final run and then come to the awards ceremony you missed out on one of the most special times of the season! The smiles as they ran in the rain and mud, their grit and determination, and their moments of pure joy just made my whole weekend! Then we do the awards ceremony and I had a little surprise of some extra $$ for them. Your showdown champion even gave a victory lap when he received his envelope! I don’t think anything topped that for my favorite moment of the weekend ♥️

It’s not a secret that I had to face just a couple major challenges this weekend. One happened to include a few awards that we quickly had to figure out a new game plan for within 2 hours of the p*e wee ceremony and then for our Saturday awards ceremony as well. I just want to say a big thank you to Trish with Rohling Hills Saddlery & Leather for helping out and having great options to at least be able to give something away even though we didn’t have time to customize the title on it! She helped make a very upsetting and stressful moment better and her tack is great! I definitely recommend her for any future leather item needs!!

I have everyone but about 5 people paid out, if your one of those people you can message me if you would like check sent or send your Venmo info! 💰

Again thank you to all who came this weekend. Over 250 runs made with no slips or falls even in the mud and we gave out over $30,000 plus some big awards, I think that’s an okay weekend!

Entries have closed and it’s looking like a fun packed weekend of barrel racing!! Here’s a break down of the weekend⬇️

🐴Friday
⭐️we have our p*e wee show down finals up first starting at 6pm with about 20 kiddos running their little hearts out for buckles, bridles, halters, and more!!

⭐️right after the p*e wees- roughly 6:45 we will start our high stakes finals! We have 104 runners in this race! Reminder that all qualifiers will receive a swag bag you can pick those up in the office as we will be checking everyone off as they grab! One bag per contestant!

⭐️ at rider 50 in the high stakes (big drag roughly 8pm) we will be doing our p*e wee awards on the stage in the indoor arena! This is open for the public to come and cheer on these guys as they get their hard earned prizes!
Contestants we will not be stopping the show once the big drag is done the show will keep rolling while we do awards for the p*e wees.

⭐️9:30pm live music will start in the indoor arena featuring Rebel Rose with Rob Raflik

⭐️ all things close at 11pm Friday

🐎Saturday

⭐️ 9am office opens

⭐️9:30-11:45am exhibitions

⭐️ noon start the show, open and youth will be combined draw. Carry over only for adult

⭐️ awards ceremony 30 min after last horse runs (4pm roughly)

⭐️ silent auction items and 50/50 ticket winners to be announced at awards ceremony as well!

Few things to remember for the weekend ⬇️

✅ draws will be posted tomorrow

✅ Silent auction will be going on in the indoor by merch table- if you have an item to donate the people at merch table will help you. Contestants if you bring an item you can put your name in a drawing for a free weeks stay at the BRP center including Aqua tread, Equiscope, and the whole works! If you are not a contestant and bring an item you can receive a meal ticket to use at the food trucks!

✅ 50/50 will be going on Friday and another Saturday you can find people walking around or go to the snack shack to get tickets! This is for contestants or the public! Drawing at 9pm Friday and at awards ceremony Saturday

✅ we will have a water taxi going around. If you want buckets filled put them in front of your truck and the staff will know you want them filled if you are not around.

✅ we will also have a taxi service going around all weekend on side by sides. Flag them down for a ride!

✅ vendors will be in the indoor!

✅ lucky drag items for every drag Saturday!! Pick up items at gate once winner announced
