Ella has officially appointed herself head of security for our Nutcracker costumes 😭😂

Taking her job as an honorary toy soldier VERY seriously. 🫡🎄

A little team bonding at Perry’s Pumpkin Walk tonight! 🎃🤍

We had so much fun handing out candy, and apparently the only way to safely make it back to the studio was by doing classical jazz across town 😭😂

Never a dull moment with these girls!

A little behind-the-scenes magic from the Land of Sweets! 🩰✨

Our Sugar Plum Fairy, Dew Drop Fairy, and Pine Fairy have been hard at work bringing some of The Nutcracker’s most magical moments to life! Seeing all of our dancers’ hard work is making us so excited to share it with you. 🤍

Meet one of our Nutcracker dancers, Evelynn! 🩰🎄🤍

This year, Evelynn will be taking the stage as our Ballerina Doll, a Soldier, Lead Angel, and Lead Gingerbread Kid! ✨

We had so much fun sitting down with Evelynn to talk a little about The Nutcracker and her experience preparing for this year’s production!

We’re so proud of all the hard work our dancers are putting into bringing this holiday tradition to life, and we can’t wait for you to see them on stage December 4th & 5th at the Perry High School Auditorium! 🤍

Help us bring the magic of The Nutcracker to life this December! 🎄🩰✨

Genesee Dance Theatre is looking for local businesses and community members interested in sponsoring our 2026 production of The Nutcracker!

Putting on a production like this takes so much more than what you see on stage. From costumes and sets to auditorium rental, props, and technical production, every sponsorship helps us create a special experience for our dancers and community. 🤍

We have several sponsorship opportunities available, starting at $250, with benefits including program advertisements, social media recognition, complimentary tickets, and more!

We are so grateful for the support we’ve already received and would love to welcome more local businesses as part of this year’s production!

✨ Interested in becoming a sponsor? Reach out to [email protected] or call (585) 237-8815 for more information.

Thank you for helping us keep this holiday tradition alive in our community! 🎄🤍
