One mission. Identifying talent.

Our scouts are on the road this season across the US and Canada. If you’re playing in any of these showcases, send us your schedule and highlight reel to [email protected] or DM us “Showcase” and we’ll send you a link how best to prepare.

Let us know in the comments if there are other tournaments we should attend!

Chelsea spent £1.5 billion since 2022. The average age of every signing is 21.9.

That’s not a spending spree, that’s a philosophy. Buy young, develop them, increase the value, then build around them or sell them.

Swipe through the numbers. Comment YES or NO: does this strategy win Chelsea a title?

Most full backs think being brilliant on the overlap or lockdown in a 1v1 is enough. Scouts want both, plus positioning in the shape, decision-making under pressure, and the ability to defend from an inverted role.

That’s five separate things, and missing even one caps how high you can go.

Full back or coach one? Save this and run it against your last three tapes.

Where talent meets opportunity ⚽️

Our Hong Kong Showcase in partnership with PLUS Scholarships was a huge success. A high level on show, pathway guidance provided and a new perspective for all involved.

Until next time 🤝

The average D3 soccer school costs $60,000 to $63,000 a year. Zero of that comes from an athletic scholarship.

Academic aid, grants, and financial packages are doing all the heavy lifting here, and the gap between families paying $15K and $32K comes down to knowing how to work the system.

Save this for recruiting season. Drop your questions below.

What you practice becomes your habit. Worst case, you learn. Best case, your whole life changes.

If you don’t believe in yourself, who will?

More Americans are starting in Europe than ever before. Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, Coventry City, Juventus, AC Milan, Villarreal, Olympique Lyon, the pathway from MLS academies to Europe’s biggest leagues is more real right now than it’s ever been.

Comfort is quietly killing your career.

Dominating a weak environment doesn’t make you elite, it makes you comfortable, and habits built in comfort collapse the moment real pressure shows up.

Seek discomfort. Build habits under pressure.

Save this and send it to a player who’s getting a little too comfortable.
