Passion Plus Gymnastics Academy

To say these kids rocked this camp is an understatement!!!!! I’m so proud of the way our ladies from PPGA represented our Gym and our USA NGA international traveling team!!!! So grateful for all of the NGA national staff and all the hard work and planning that went in to this amazing opportunity. Thank you to South Durham Gymnastics for making us feel so welcome!!!!

Off to our first official workout here in England!!! So grateful to the NGA program for offering this amazing opportunity to our gymnasts!!!

We are on our way to the NGA international training camp to Durham England……… what an amazing opportunity and experience the NGA program has organized for these young athletes!!!! Congrats to Kyra, Jeslie, Jesse and Paisley for qualifying to represent our little gym from St. George Utah……… let’s go PPGA!! gymnastics

One of my favorite things about coaching is teaching the mind set in shaping the next generation……. One of the lessons is ………the law of learning is::::::Repetition!!!! The key to getting those learning repetitions in without over pounding is having the right gymnastics learning environment…….. I designed PPGA’s 35x29 pit with this in mind….. plenty of numbers without the wear and tear!!!! Passion+Purpose=Fulfillment!!!!!

Progression, little by little!!!!

Just another day at PPGA ……..as a coach I see all the drops in the bucket that these athletes put into their passion…..all the grind, grit, determination, resilience, blood, sweat, tears day in day out and I just have to say that I am so proud of the athletes they are and the character filled people they’re becoming!!!!!! “Ain’t no tough like gymnast tough!!!!!”

“Can you say lit fire gang gang gang!!!!!” Shoutout to Jaysa Barben for teaching me the lingo that haunts our gym to this day!!!!!

More upgrades ….yes that’s a bunch of releases that were so close to getting!!!!!! These ladies work so hard!!!!
